Features

ACT Complete is comparable to giving students a year with their own private tutor. Students will gain access to ACT test taking strategies, discover their content strengths and weaknesses, and practice and learn content in order to increase their scores.

  • 01 Covers all required tests on the ACT.

You're required to take tests in English, Math, Science, and Reading. ACT Complete includes strategies and questions to help you prep for each of these required tests.

  • You can go through each category of questions in a Study Mode. Study mode allows you unlimited attempts at each question, and with the click of button provides an explanation for the problem.

  • It's proven that test anxiety is one of the leading causes of lowered test results. Luckily, knowing what to expect is the best way to cure that anxiety. ACT Complete explains what to expect on each of the tests. It also gives you strategies used by leading ACT tutors for each test on the ACT.

  • The amount of content on the ACT can be overwhelming. ACT Complete breaks the topics into small categories of questions, and it displays results from your practice test in the study section. You can then check the subjects that you feel you're ready for, making sure you hit all of the topics where there's room for improvement.

  • Don't worry if you're a procrastinator! You don't need to set aside hours upon hours to use ACT Complete. Take a small test with 5-15 questions in just a few minutes, and then view the results of your test with solutions immediately. These tests scores are also displayed in your to do list to help you make decisions about which study topics you're ready to mark complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will I receive tips on how to maximize my score on each of the ACT tests as well as for the ACT test overall?

Yes. Expert tips are given to you as soon as you open up ACT Complete for the first time. You will be advised on how to approach the ACT test overall as well as how to maximize your score on each of the four required tests.

  • Yes! This is one of the strengths of ACT Complete! In Study mode, the questions are grouped by question type. They are organized into categories and then broken down even further into subcategories. Your performance on the practice tests, in Test mode, is displayed next to each subcategory. You will know, for example, that you have answered questions about midpoints with 100% accuracy, but questions about systems of equations with only 55% accuracy. ACT Complete will show you these percentages, allowing you to know which topics (subcategories) you should spend more time studying and which topics are not necessary to repeat. This will allow you to use your study time more productively!

  • Absolutely! In Study mode, if you are working a problem and are not sure how to solve it, just click the solutions button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Immediately, a detailed description appears showing you the information you need to know in order to solve the problem as well as the solution to the problem. In Test mode, as soon as you complete a practice test, you can go through the practice test question by question in Results mode to see what you answered right and wrong. In addition, the test results show you how to solve the problem by clicking Show Solution.

  • Because sometimes you just know! As you complete the practice tests in Test mode, your progress is tracked automatically for you by ACT Complete. If you have answered five questions about ratios and got three out of the five correct then 60% will be displayed next to Ratios, a subcategory of the Fundamental Concepts category, in Study mode. In other words, you will be able to see your percentage of success for each subcategory. You can use this information to help you "check off" those sections of the test that you feel you have mastered. You have complete control over "checking off" the content sections. There might be some other times when you just know the category. In that case, regardless of the test results, you can mark it complete and spend your time working on the other subcategories.

  • Yes! A one-person (aka Individual) license can be obtained at a cost of $60 per student which will give access to ACT Complete for one year. The per-student cost is reduced dramatically if a license is purchased for an entire school.

  • ACT Complete is a website that is accessible from any device. As long as you have a device and a way to access the web, you're good to go!
